WoW First Aid Guide
First Aid is a secondary skill that can help reduce your downtime by providing instance healing bandages from cloth. If you are vendoring cloth, you can increase its value by making it into bandages first and you can usually sell bandages to other players for a solid profit. You will need the First Aid books that are provided by vendors throughout the game to learn all of the skills.
If you are going to vendor your cloth (not listing at AH) you can make additional profit by converting cloth to bandages before selling it to vendor.
